CONSARC appointed Trevor Edwards Garden Design as the Consultant to advise on the existing planting at the Belfast Harbour Commissioners Offices in 2010. Consarc were envolved in the Stone Conservation around the building of great character. Trevor advocated that the existing overgrown mixed shrub planting was past its best and too Fussy for the building. In August 2011 Dalzell Landscapes Ltd removed the old planting and replaced them with mono planting of Griselinia littoralis. Trevor's goal was to allow the handsome building "to float on a Sea of green"
